Canajoharie Town Court is held the FIRST and THIRD Thursdays of every month at 4:00 PM

Assistant District Attorney (ADA) Night is held the FIRST Thursday of every month at 4:00 PM

Court cases include vehicle and traffic; penal law violations and misdemeanors; small claims; summary proceeding and evictions

Payment Options:

In Person: Cash, Money Order, Credit and Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard)

By Mail: Money Order and Certified Check Only (personal checks will be returned)

Online: www.paycourtonline.com by Credit or Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard) (Ticket Number required to process payment)

Directions:

Court is located off of New York State Thruway (I-90) exit 29. Take a right off the exit ramp and proceed to the first left to Mitchell Street. Court is located in the Town Office Building on the left.
