Planning Board meetings are held the FOURTH Monday of every month at 8:00 PM

Planning Board members are appointed in January for a 7-year term

Special Use Permit Fees: (waived for renewals)

Special Use Permit - $25.00 Application Fee Subdivision

Subdivision Review - $25.00 Tow Lot Subdivision ($25.00 each additional lot)

Personal Wireless - $5,000.00 New Facility or

Service Facility - $2,500.00 Co-Location
